 Delivery Policy

This document outlines the delivery policies for MediaBuilder's web design and development services, as well as its digital training courses.

Web Design & Development Services:

Project Delivery:

Project timelines and milestones are established during the initial project planning phase. Regular updates and progress reports are provided to clients throughout the development process. Final project deliverables are delivered electronically via a secure file transfer platform.  Additional hosting or maintenance services may have separate delivery terms specified in individual agreements.

Revisions & Feedback:
A limited number of revision rounds are included within the project scope. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. Timely and clear feedback from clients is crucial for efficient delivery.

Digital Training Courses:

Course Access:
Purchased courses are immediately available or within a day for access upon successful payment. Access is granted through a secure online learning platform. 

Delivery Format:
Courses may be delivered in various formats, including video lectures, interactive modules, quizzes, and downloadable resources. All content is available for unlimited access within the purchased timeframe.

Technical Support:
Technical support for platform access or content playback issues is available via email or online chat. Course instructors may be available for questions specific to the course content.

General Delivery Terms:

Delivery Confirmation:
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful purchase, outlining the expected delivery timeframe. Clients will receive notification when deliverables are available.

Delays:
Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. MediaBuilder will communicate promptly with clients in such situations and provide an updated delivery timeframe.

Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information. Any delays due to incorrect or missing information will be the client's responsibility.

For International Clients:
 MediaBuilder works with international clients on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping and customs fees may apply. Specific delivery terms will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
